How it works

Three steps. One kind gesture.

Choose a note

Pick from a library of pre-written messages, each worded to be warm, specific and never accusatory.

Add a recipient

Enter an email address or Australian mobile number. That's all we need.

Send it anonymously

We deliver it on your behalf. They get the message, not your name.

The notes

For the moments words get stuck.

Every note is written ahead of time, so what arrives is always considerate, whatever the topic.

Gentle Reminders

The awkward stuff, handled with care

Body odour, loud calls, food in teeth. The things people would want to know. Notes are sent instantly, so they can find out while it still matters.

“This comes from a place of care, not judgment.”
Positive Vibes

Appreciation, out of the blue

Tell someone they're doing great without the moment feeling forced.

“It's clear you take care of yourself and it shows. Keep being awesome!”
Words of Encouragement

A lift when it's needed

A quiet reminder that someone is in their corner, even if they don't know who.

“Whatever you're going through, you're not alone. Someone out there cares about you.”

FAQ

Good questions

Will the recipient know it was me?

No. Notes arrive from Kind Note with no sender details. We never reveal who sent a note to the recipient.

Can I write my own message?

No. Every note is carefully pre-written so that each message is respectful and can't be used to harass or upset anyone. If there's a note you'd like to see, you can suggest it from inside the app.

How do you prevent misuse?

Every sender signs in, sends are rate-limited per sender and per recipient, and recipients can unsubscribe with one tap. We keep records required under Australian law, but never the message content.

Who can I send to?

Anyone with an email address, or an Australian mobile number for SMS.

I received a note. How do I stop getting them?

Every note includes an unsubscribe link. One tap and you won't receive any more.

Someone could use a kind word.

It takes less than a minute, and your first one is free.
