How Kind Note works
Kind Note lets you send a pre-written, anonymous message of encouragement to someone by email or text message. You choose the note and the recipient; your identity is never shared with them.
Common questions

My note wasn’t delivered — email us with the recipient and the approximate time you sent it and we’ll investigate.

I want a refund — email us at info@kindnote.com.au and we’ll review your request.

I received a note and want to stop receiving them — every note includes a one-click unsubscribe link; tapping it stops all future notes to that address.

I want to delete my account — see the Delete Your Account page, or email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Reporting abuse
Every Kind Note is pre-written and kind by design, and recipients can unsubscribe at any time. If you believe the service is being misused, email us at info@kindnote.com.au and we’ll act on it.
